Breakpoint

Sep 28, 2018

John Stonestreet and Ed Stetzer discuss the extraordinarily gripping and painful testimonies of Christine Blasey Ford and Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, the brokenness of our political system, and how Christians need to respond with great caution and winsomeness.

They also discuss the fall of Bill Cosby and Azusa Pacific University’s controversial new position on “gay romance.”

Editor’s note: Friday, the day after John and Ed recorded BreakPoint This Week, the Board of Azusa Pacific University released a statement that reaffirmed “God’s perfect will and design for humankind with the biblical understanding of the marriage covenant as between one man and one woman. Outside of marriage, He calls His people to abstinence.” The Board also announced that “the action concerning romanticized relationships was never approved by the board and the original wording has been reinstated.”
